Dedicated Professionals, Compassionate Community Support
At Pike County QRT, we are a dedicated collective of local professionals—first responders, healthcare providers, and community advocates—united by a mission to support those affected by the overdose crisis.
"Our Mission is to strengthen Pike County by responding quickly to those affected by substance use, offering hope, support, and direct pathways to treatment. We believe recovery is possible for everyone, and no one should have to face it alone."

Love Lock Memorial
The Love Lock Memorial is a special place of remembrance and healing. Along the fence, families and friends can place engraved locks in honor of loved ones who have passed due to overdose. Each lock carries a name, a story, and a promise that they will never be forgotten. As the fence fills, it becomes a powerful symbol of love, loss, and community support, reminding us why overdose awareness, prevention, and hope matter so deeply. Located at Waverly Police Department
